This rare spring honey is made from whitethorn (hawthorn) blossoms — a true gift from nature. While whitethorn blooms every year, it only releases enough nectar in certain springs. 2025 was one of those special years, and our bees made something truly unique.
The result is a delicate, floral honey with a soft sweetness and light golden colour. It’s a limited, seasonal harvest that doesn’t come around every year — a little piece of spring in a jar.

We don’t use machines. Every jar is hand-filled with care, and always a little over the weight, because we pour with heart, not with precision. So if your jar says 227g… you’ll likely find a bit more.
