A delightfully light, golden honey with rich floral notes on the nose. This florality comes through in the taste along with some citrus. The honey has length at the finish and reflects the flowers that the bees have fed from in the local area.
This is a very good honey and great to have from 2024 which was not a great year with a poor harvest in 2024. This is floral and fragrant, silky smooth, and has a lovely balanced sweetness. There is a delightful and surprising note of honeycomb on the finish.
