Summer Blossom honey is a type of honey that is produced by our black Irish Native Bees during the summer months when a variety of flowering plants are in bloom. The flavour and characteristics of the honey can vary depending on the specific types of flowers that the bees collect nectar from. This one is very thick honey and has a very, very sweet taste. 
Since honeybees have a wide range of flowers to choose from during the summer, Summer Blossom honey is typically a mixed floral honey, meaning it contains nectar from various blooming plants. This diversity in nectar sources gives the honey a unique flavour profile, combining the essence of different flowers.
